60-Day Return Window
We offer a 60-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to request a return after receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

With tags and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return form along with instructions on where to send your item.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Note: Orders refused at delivery will not be refunded. We are also not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to complete the return, and once it’s accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
